Who we are. beautyfirstnebraska.com is operated by Beautiful Journey LLC dba Beauty First, 14649 Industrial Road, Omaha, NE 68144. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing. We do our best to show accurate product descriptions, images and prices. Prices and availability can change without notice, and in-store prices may differ from online prices. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may limit quantities or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

In-store availability. "In stock nearby" information is updated regularly but isn't guaranteed. Call the store to confirm before you make a special trip.

Gold Card. Gold Card membership benefits, pricing and renewal terms are available at any Beauty First store. We may update the program with notice to members.

Promotions and offer codes. Offers are valid only for the dates and terms shown, one use per customer unless stated, and can't be combined with other offers unless stated. Offers have no cash value.

Returns and shipping. Our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy are part of these terms.

Text messages (SMS). By opting in to Beauty First texts, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and order messages at the number you provide, including from short code 63903. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help, or call 402-933-4950. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. How we collect and use your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beauty First is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the site.
