Shipping policy

Free in-store pickup. Order online and pick up at any of our seven stores: Dodge, Maple, Shops of Legacy, Papillion, O Street, SouthPointe and Grand Island. We'll email you when your order is ready, usually within 1 business day. Bring your order confirmation and a photo ID. Orders are held for 7 days; orders not picked up within 7 days may be cancelled and refunded.

Processing time. Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Where we ship. We ship to addresses in the United States. We don't currently ship internationally.

Shipping cost. Orders of $60 or more ship free within the United States. Orders under $60 ship for a flat $7.99. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after the order ships. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it does.

Damaged or missing orders. If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown in tracking, and we'll replace the item or refund you.
